Top 10 luxury amenities

The Institute of Luxury Marketing recently came out with a list of the most requested amenities in a luxury home. Their survey was nationwide, so we came up with a list of the top 10 most requested luxury amenities as seen by The Vanatta Group. This list is a bit more Steamboat specific and both lists might surprise people.

The top 5 amenities according to the Luxury Marketing Institute are:

5. Gym

As you can see from the lists, luxury in Steamboat has a lot to do with the surroundings (Views, outdoor living spaces) and being comfortable in the winter (4+bay garage, heated driveway).
