Meet Our Real Estate Team

Pam Vanatta

PAM VANATTA
Broker/Co-Owner

For over 30 years Pam Vanatta has called Steamboat home, and for most of those years she has been actively involved in Real Estate! Pam is Steamboat’s #1 premier broker in luxury real estate and many of her accomplishments expand nationwide. She continues to rank in the top 1% of national real estate agents and has done so for the past 20 years.  Pam is highly regarded for her outstanding services and is strongly recognized for her success in marketing and selling real estate in Colorado.

In 2000, Pam and her partner took advantage of the opportunity to purchase Prudential Steamboat Realty, which proved to be a very wise decision. Together, they grew the company to the #1 position as leader in Northwestern Colorado’s real estate market. In 2007, Prudential Steamboat Realty was named “Company of the Year” by the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association and “Philanthropist of the Year” by the Yampa Valley Community Foundation. In January of 2014, Prudential Steamboat Realty became Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty and the company continues to be the leader in Steamboat Springs real estate – and aspires to do so for many years to come.

Pam has a personal commitment to the Steamboat Community, and serves on foundation boards for the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club and the Yampa Valley Medical Center, both very important organizations to our community. In addition, Pam is also a board member of our locally owned Yampa Valley Bank. She is past board member of the Strings in the Mountain, The Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association, United Way and the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors.

Pam is happily married to Lonny Vanatta, a third generation Steamboat native. Lonny is a ski racing legend in Steamboat whose greatest accomplishments include three time U.S. Champion and World Champion Alpine Ski Racer in the late ‘70’s and early ‘80’s. Lonny is owner of Vanatta Outfitters, a well known first class hunting operation in Steamboat Springs. Both Pam and Lonny love the outdoors and spend much time hiking with their dogs in the summertime and skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Pam is an avid golfer and was Club Champion at the Catamount Golf Course in 2004 and 2007. It’s her competitive spirit and passion for real estate that makes her so successful. Pam feels blessed to live and work in such a great community and to be surrounded by such great colleagues, friends and family.

Anne Mayberry

ANNE MAYBERRY
Associate Broker

Anne Mayberry has held an active real estate license since 1989 and began her association with Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty (previously Prudential Steamboat Realty) and The Vanatta Group in 2007. Prior to joining the real estate team, Anne was employed by UPS.  My time there was greatly beneficial  to my real estate career because of the  extensive area knowledge I acquired,  including familiarity with most homes, condos, and land within Steamboat Springs, Routt County and beyond.  “Having moved to Steamboat Springs in 1978 from Athens , Georgia, my enthusiasm for all things outdoors explains my love affair with Steamboat.  Between working, skiing, snowshoeing, biking, golf, hiking, whitewater rafting, camping, and flying with my husband, Rod, life is never dull.”   Come, let me show you why I’m never disappointed to return home to the Yampa Valley and why I feel uniquely qualified to assist Buyers and Sellers with their Steamboat Springs area real estate transactions. “Including access to the resources of the great team with whom I work, my attention to details and desire to diligently listen to your needs, together with empowering you with the necessary knowledge to manage your expectations, we can get your deal done…whether you are Buying or Selling.”

Heidi Flint is a Broker Associate with Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty and an integral part of the Vanatta Group real estate team.  She started as an assistant with Broker/Owner Pam Vanatta in 1994, became licensed in 1995 and continues to be in the role of Transaction Manager for this highly productive real estate team.  More than 20 years of experience working with both Buyers and Sellers is an invaluable asset to the transaction process from first glance of that dream property, through contract, to closing.  “It’s working with people that I love, helping them through a relatively complicated and for some a scary but exciting process, in order to accomplish their goals.  It’s all in the details!”
Heidi grew up in Northern California but has spent more than half her life in Steamboat.  During high school, Heidi worked summers for her brother who sold commercial real estate in the Bay Area.  After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture, she moved to Steamboat.  Three years in the flower shop, and she was drawn back in to real estate.  It’s just in her blood.  She still loves the flowers and everything outdoors, singing, cooking, and enjoying all that Steamboat has to offer.
