South Routt

South Routt – Encompassing Stagecoach State Park and the communities of Oak Creek, Yampa and Toponas, this area is perfect for those looking for a more laid back experience than Steamboat.  Homes and land here can be more affordable with options from condominiums to single family homes, to luxury estates. Outdoor activities and abundant nature bring many residents out this way and many more are drawn to the small town feel of the communities here.  This area also has good access to the I-70 corridor and the multiple ski areas to the south.
