Steamboat Springs Area Real Estate Transactions August 11-18
The Steamboat Pilot and Today reported weekly sales as $12,199,900. Aiding in those sales numbers were One Steamboat Place closings, as they were able to close contracts after successfully renegotiating the terms of their loan. Also of interest, a spec home in Boulder Ridge, in the Fish Creek area, closed for $1.6 million and 2 lots, one at Catamount Ranch and Club, and the other on Trails Edge Road in a ski in and out location of the Steamboat Ski Area.
The Steamboat Pilot reported slow sales in July with 79 transactions, 14 of which were bank owned transactions, and dollar volume on all sales was $31.6 million. However, a $7 million ag land sale driven by oil and gas interests highlighted the sales total.
