New reports show there are good signs that the real estate markets are swinging back up:
Across the nation, sales of new homes surged 27 percent last month boosted by the help of government incentives and better weather.
The Commerce Department said Friday that new home sales rose in March becoming the strongest month since last July and the biggest monthly increase in 47 years.
The median sales price is up more than 4 percent from a year earlier.
These statistics are for the United States as a whole, and while each area is unique, it is promising for everyone. If you are looking to buy, don’t wait until the media starts reporting that the real estate markets are back, because by that time, you will have missed the bottom.
