Meet our Real Estate Team
For over 30 years Pam Vanatta has called Steamboat home, and for most of those years she has been actively involved in Real Estate! Pam is Steamboat's #1 premier broker in luxury real estate and many of her accomplishments expand nationwide. In 2007, Pam ranked 9th among 68,000 Prudential agents for her sales exceeding an impressive $120 Million. She continues to rank in the top 1/2 % of the Prudential network and has done so for the past 20 years. Most recently, the Vanatta Group was recognized as the number one team for gross residential sales of all Prudential agents in Colorado for the fourth quarter of 2009. Pam is highly regarded for her outstanding services and is strongly recognized for her success in marketing and selling luxury real estate in Colorado.
In 2000, Pam and her partner took advantage of the opportunity to purchase Prudential Steamboat Realty, which proved to be a very wise decision. Together, they have grown the company to its #1 position as leader in Northwestern Colorado's real estate market and intend to keep it there for years to come. In 2007, Prudential Steamboat Realty was named "Company of the Year" by the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association and "Philanthropist of the Year" by the Yampa Valley Community Foundation -designations Pam is most proud of.
Pam has a personal commitment to the Steamboat Community, and serves on foundation boards for the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club and the Yampa Valley Medical Center, both very important organizations to our community. In addition, Pam is also a board member of our locally owned Yampa Valley Bank. She is past board member of the Strings in the Mountain, The Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association, United Way and the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors.
Pam is happily married to Lonny Vanatta, a third generation Steamboat native. Lonny is a ski racing legend in Steamboat whose greatest accomplishments include three time U.S. Champion and World Champion Alpine Ski Racer in the late ‘70's and early ‘80's. Lonny is owner of Vanatta Outfitters, a well known first class hunting operation in Steamboat Springs. Both Pam and Lonny love the outdoors and spend much time hiking with their dogs in the summertime and skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Pam is an avid golfer and was Club Champion at the Catamount Golf Course in 2004 and 2007. It's her competitive spirit and passion for real estate that makes her so successful. Pam feels blessed to live and work in such a great community and to be surrounded by such great colleagues, friends and family.
Kelly Silva Stahl joined Prudential Steamboat Realty in order to broaden her real estate practice. As Pam Vanatta's marketing director and listing manager for 5 years she learned the skills necessary to be an effective broker. Now as Broker Associate, Kelly has her own client base and can offer prospects the strong support of the full Vanatta Group. As an agent, representing both Buyers or Sellers, Kelly is thrilled at the opportunity to meet fresh faces and serve new clients. Kelly has had her broker's license for 5 years, and her experience, loyalty to clients and remarkable communication skills have allowed her to transition seamlessly into her enduring role as Broker Associate. www.steamboatestates.com/kellystahl
Anne Mayberry has held an active real estate license since 1989 and began her association with Prudential Steamboat Realty and The Vanatta Group in 2007. Prior to joining the Prudential team, Anne was employed by UPS: "In that time I came to know every corner of Steamboat Springs and the surrounding Yampa Valley towns and hamlets. Because of my knowledge of the area and my strong work ethic, I feel very qualified in assisting Pam with your selling or acquiring of Steamboat property. Attention to detail and my ability to listen and diligently attend to client needs are a few of the traits I wish to share with the Vanatta Group and its favored clientele." www.steamboatestates.com/annemayberry
Pam has two full-time assistants available to handle every aspect of premier real estate transactions - from presenting Sellers with extensive Marketing Plans, to being with a Buyer at the closing table.
Heidi Flint has been assistant to Broker/Owner Pam Vanatta since 1994, and has been licensed herself since 1995. Her many years of experience are an invaluable asset to the group. Heidi's main focus is overseeing the countless details of the Vanatta Group's numerous transactions, and making sure the process of Buying or Selling is satiny-smooth for each client... from contract to closing. Above all, Heidi is concerned with helping clients succeed and feel that they have "landed" in the lap of woodsy luxury that is Steamboat.
In addition to enjoying the many aspects of working beside one of the country's renowned brokers, Heidi loves spending time in the Yampa Valley outdoors with family and friends. She and her husband Wayne built a home in the fabulous Stagecoach area, and thoroughly enjoy living in the pristine mountain community.
Mark Dudley joined The Vanatta Group and Prudential Steamboat Realty in the fall of 2009 as Marketing Manager for Pam. After graduating with a bachelor degree in business from the University of Colorado, then traveling and working around the world for a while, he became a licensed broker in 2006. He still maintains his license and is an active Associate Broker in The Vanatta Group. He brings a love of technology to the team and uses innovative methods to market and sell properties. As a longtime local who grew up in Steamboat, he also knows the area very well. Mark's experience as a broker and his knowledge of the area combined with his business background and his innovative technology offer the Vanatta group a strong asset when helping clients achieve their goals. www.steamboatestates.com/markdudley
